- Gym name: Provided during account registration

We use your information solely to provide the CoachDesk HQ service:
- To create and manage your account
- To store and sync your gym data across your devices
- To provide app functionality including member management, attendance tracking, and payment records
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond operating the app.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored in two places:
- On your device: A local SQLite database for offline access
- In the cloud: Supabase (a secure, hosted database service) for cross-device sync and backup
Supabase uses industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
- Supabase: Our database and authentication provider, used solely to operate the app
- Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our legal rights
5. Member Data You Enter
CoachDesk HQ allows you to store information about your gym members (names, contact details, attendance, payments). You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consent from your members to store their information in the app.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below.
7. Children's Privacy
CoachDesk HQ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
